New Product: The new product that we are introducing is called Strawberry-cheese delights. This prodcut is made from fresh strawberries and low-fat cream cheese. It is baked in a light pastry crust made from all the basic dough ingredients but with 25% less butter made with canola oil.

       This product is somewhat like a turkish delight. But this pastry is lower in calories so you feel less guilty eating it. It will come later in June and the first 25 buyers get a box of these pastries 50 % off.  $11.00 for a dozen strawberry-cheese delights

Promotion: We will be having a contest to see how well our customers bake. For a limited time only you can get a chance to see your product on our menu. We are having a contest to see who can bake the best new kind of pastry to add to our menu.

   The product can be any kind of pastry item whether it be cookies, pies or cakes. But the pastry has to be under 400 calories. The winner of our conteset will not only get their product put on their menu and get it named after them but will get 50% off any of our pastry items for an entire year. Contest will start May 22- June 27th.
