But you can substitute ingredients from any one of our items or give us a recipe to make for you if you do not have time to make it yourself. Plus many other pastry items for weddings, bridal showers, parties and more. The items that you buy will have the best ingredients that are better for your health without taking away great taste. Our bakers have found ways to use better ingredients without taking away taste and flavor. We use healthier ingredients such as skim milk instead of whole, light cream, unbleached flour, egg whites and less butter. Every item that we sell has a nutritional information label on the bottom. We believe in making people see that food that taste's good can also be good for you. Also we have choices that are for people that are vegans or vegetarians. Even if you can't come to us we'll deliver it fully prepared or frozen.
