1) Q: Do we deliver? A: Yes we do anywhere on Long Island we deliver. Even in some areas in New york City such as Manhattan or Brooklyn. But no where else outside of Long Island.
2) Q: Do we ship our produts over seas? A: No, unfortunately since we dont use any artificail preservatives in our foods, they can spoil on the trip to any country outside of the Untied States. When we say we will deliver it to you, we mean in places only in Long Island or New York City.
3) Q: Do you cater for parites?- A: Yes we cater to any party or wedding. But be sure to call at least 3 days in advance.
4) Q: Refund Policy?- A: If you are not satisfied with our product then you can explain the problem to us and you will get all of your money back.
5) Q: Forms of payment?- A: We only accept all forms of payment
6) Q: Discounts and Sales?- A: On national holidays all of our products are 50% off. If you call 4 days in advance for a wedding cake then it is also half off. Also on various holidays if you buy a specialty cake at full price then you get a pastry of your choice free. If you buy a birthday cake on your actual birthday then the cake is half off.
7) Q: Can you buy a product on this website?- A: Yes you can buy an pastry item on this website and we will deliver it to you whenever you need it. But wedding cakes need to be ordered in our actual shop.
